This fragrance was launched in 2004, the year after the women's fragrance, and it was Beatrice Her Pique that contributed to the perfume. The French company was acquired by Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy in 1994. However, prior to this acquisition, the perfume company was a family business. The company's family legacy ended in 2002 when Jean-Paul Guerlain retired, and although the company is no longer a family business, the quality of its products has not waned. The luxurious and rare raw materials grown in the Comoros Islands used in the company's perfumes have been preserved for over 175 years, preserving the passion for perfumery.
