American designer Michael Kors is perhaps best known for being a judge on the television show Project Runway for 10 seasons. His professional career in the fashion industry began at the age of 22 when he presented his first women's collection. In 2001 he launched his first fragrance, Michael Four His Women's. A men's collection followed in 2002. From 1997 until 2003 he became the first American designer and creative director of womenswear for the French fashion label Celine. In 2010, he received the Fragrance Foundation's FiFi Award for Lifetime Achievement.
