The heart of the cologne is floral with jasmine, lily of the valley and geranium. The scent ends with warm woody notes of cedar, patchouli, musk, leather, amber, sandalwood and vanilla.

Salvador Dali is the eponymous fragrance line by the famous Surrealist painter Salvador Dali. He got the idea to create the fragrance when he painted a perfume bottle based on the nose and lips of the painting, after completing his painting The Appearance of Aphrodite of Cnidus. He released his first fragrance in 1983 in memory of his late wife Gala. To him it was her best way to immortalize her. It is said that before his death he chose the scent together.
