Yardley Freesia & Bergamot Perfume by Yardley London, Yardley Freesia & Bergamot is a floral citrus fragrance for women enhanced by spicy woody accords. Bergamot, lemon and tangerine weave a bright, tart, sweet scent, while cypress adds herbaceous and evergreen facets. Middle notes are freesia and lily of the valley, combined with spicy notes of ginger and chili pepper. Sandalwood, musk and amber provide a warm finish.

Yardley London has a long and prestigious history. Founded in 1770, the Cleaver family started making soaps and perfumes using natural ingredients from England. The company eventually became the property of Charles Yardley and traded under the Yardley & Statham name. In the 1870s Yardley London exported soaps and perfumes to the United States. The company continued its success in his 20th century and his 21st, opening more retail outlets and winning royal commissions for perfumes and fine soaps from the Prince of Wales. Yardley has released over 95 fragrances for men, women and unisex.
